Life in Wildcrest
Table Rules
Wildcrest is a place for friends and invited tables. These few rules keep every table safe enough for dark tales. Breaking them can cost you your seat — or your account.
1. Every reader is welcome
No slurs, no hate speech, no attacks on who a person is — not in chat, not in names, not in character. Cruelty aimed at a player is never “just roleplay”.
2. The Dream Reader keeps the table
Each campaign's Dream Reader may remove anyone from their table at any time, for any reason. Their word on their table's tone is final.
3. Flag what crosses the line
Any words spoken in a scene can be flagged for the Dream Reader to weigh. Flags are private between you and them.
4. Whispers stay private
Do not share someone's private whispers or private journal notes outside the table without their leave.
5. Consent in dark tales
Wildcrest holds pastoral horror and hard themes. Before a scene turns grim — torture, romance, harm to what a character loves — check that the table is willing. Anyone may call a pause, no questions asked.
6. No cheating the chronicle
Don't exploit the dice, the engine, or other accounts. Play the game, not the machinery.
7. Grown themes, grown readers
You must be old enough to hold an account under the laws where you live (13 or older in most lands, 16 in some).
Something wrong at a table? Flag the words in the scene, and speak to your Dream Reader. See also our privacy note and terms of use.
