Life in Wildcrest

Privacy Note

Written plainly, because your words at the table are yours. This note covers the whole of Life in Wildcrest.

What we hold

Your email address, your display name and portrait if you add them, the characters you create, and what you write at your tables — chat, journals, notes, handouts. That is all.

What we never do

We do not sell your words, read your private notes, run advertising, or track you across other sites. Your table's whispers and private journal entries are visible only to those they were written for.

Voice at the table

Spoken voice travels directly between the browsers at your scene. It is not recorded, stored, or relayed through our servers. When you close the scene, it is gone.

Flags and safety

When someone flags words in a scene, the flagged message and the reason are shown to that campaign's Dream Reader so they can keep their table safe. Flags are not public.

Who can see your profile

Your display name and portrait are visible to your friends and to readers seated at the same tables as you. Your email is never shown to other readers.

Your choices

You may change your display name, portrait, and email from your account page, remove friends, leave campaigns, and delete your characters. Deleting your account removes your profile and seats.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud) under industry-standard encryption and access controls, including row-level restrictions on every private table.

Questions about your data? Raise them with the World Keepers through your account page. See also the table rules and terms of use.
